Features
(1) Wright's staining is currently the most commonly used and simplest staining method. It stains the nucleus to a moderate degree, and the nuclear structure and color are clear and bright. It is better at identifying the nuclear structure, but the cytoplasm is slightly acidic and the color is biased. Red, poor coloration of intracytoplasmic granules, especially azurophilic granules and neutrophilic granules.

expected usage
Mainly used for staining blood cell smears, bone marrow smears, vaginal secretions (gynecological leucorrhea) smears, and exfoliated cell smears.
Storage conditions and validity period
Validity period: The validity period of the unopened dyeing solution in the original package is 2 years. Opened dyes within the validity period should be used within 6 months after opening. Tighten the cap in time after each use to avoid volatilization or deterioration.
Storage conditions: sealed, protected from light and stored in a cool place.
